We have a few more things coming in that will bring in some more money. Our fundraising GOAL was $200,000.

With our funds and the help of the school board we have $130,367.00. Included in my article is a front and back view of our new structure. It will be installed this fall, replacing the wooden pirate ship structure. If any residents or organizations want to purchase it please submit a sealed bid by April 7th to the superintendent's office.

Our quote includes a wood chip surface. We were hoping for a rubberized surface, but that would have cost us just as much as the structure-$105,756. We also had a few single piece structures that we were hoping for.

Those pieces are zipline-$25,000, spinetic-$7200, rock climbing for lower elementary-$8480 & rock climbing for upper elementary-$14,500. If anyone is interested in making a donation to the playground please contact myself.

Two years ago when we took on this project we knew it would be a challenge and that all hands would need to be on deck to make this happen. This has been a very humbling experience for all of us involved.

We TRULY appreciate your support.

Lastly, I would like to say THANK YOU to all our donors, the students for all your help in making this happen, the JPP team for all the work they did behind the scenes to raise money and the school board for contributing to the project.

We are very excited to get new equipment!
