The Plainview Pirate and Lady Pirate track teams hosted the annual triangular season opener on Friday, March 24 on the local track.
The Pirate teams both took the first-place title in the triangular, beating out Osmond and Wausa by scores of at least 20 points. The Pirate boys’ team had 77 team points; Osmond was second
with 57 team points and Wausa was third with 34 points. The Lady Pirates scored 83 team points to take the top spot.
Wausa was second with 45 team points and Osmond’s Lady Tigers were third with 37 points. This weekend the Pirate teams will host the Plainview Invite on Friday, March 31. Individual results from the triangular included:
