A special presentation by PTI Nebraska will be held at the Plainview Public Library on Monday, March 21 at 7 p.m. in the community room.
PTI Nebraska (Parent Training and Information) is a statewide resource for families of children with disabilities and special healthcare needs, and has been operating since 2000.
The mission of the group is to “Provide training, information and support to Nebraska parents and professionals who have an interest in children ages birth through twenty-six, who receive or should receive special education or special health related services. PTI will enable parents and students, creating the capacity for them to improve their educational outcomes.”
All are invited to the meeting and Zoom presentation, which is expected to include resources for parents and students that require special education guidance, and school engagement resources.
