The Wednesday Nite Bowlettes ended their 2021-2022 season with a supper, meeting and awards banquet on March 23rd at Mary’s Restaurant in Plainview. 

Special guests were from Main Street Alley of Osmond. The Bowlettes bowled a 24 week season at Main Street Alley.  The Championship Award trophies went to Altwine Construction with team members being: Terri Altwine, Val Neuhaus, Tanya Higgs, Carrissa Mecke, Bailey Holton, and Jackie Potter. 

Second place trophies went to Hoffman Grain with members being Jeanie Hoffman, Pam Yosten, Julie Newman, Becca Christiansen, and Vicky Bartak Other awards included: High Series Individual: Jeanie Hoffman with a series score of 519; High Individual Game: Val Neuhaus bowling a 212. Most Improved Bowler was awarded to Melissa Fischer. Perfect Attendance certificates went to Jeanie Hoffman and Julie Lingenfelter. Individual 4” wooden pins went to each bowler with their season high series and season high game printed on them. 

The 2022-2023 24 week season will begin on September 7th at Main Street Alley.  Currently, five teams will return: Hoffman Grain, Altwine Construction, Keystone, Farm Wives Market and Tranquil Spaces. The women’s league is hoping to add a sixth team for the next season. Anyone interested in bowling may contact Pam Yosten or Vicky Bartak.
